Crafted for the colder months, Winter Solstice is a full-bodied ruby red ale that brings warmth and depth to every pint. First brewed in collaboration with chef Zack Hawk, it’s designed to pair perfectly with hearty winter fare and fireside evenings.

Speciality caramel-roasted malts deliver sweet, rich layers of toffee and roasted barley, creating a smooth, warming base.
Hop Character:
Zesty hops add a lively twist of orange and spice, balancing the malt sweetness with a gentle bitterness that lingers.
