Creating this IPA just a mile from the ocean, we can’t help but be inspired by the elements; the sun, the sea, and the incredible ways they interact. Sharp’s brewery Solar Wave hazy IPA radiates its own wave of tropical fruit hoppiness with every sip.

Solar Wave is an incredible beer that works perfectly with food. 

Try it with Sweet and Sour Chicken. Big tropical aromas and flavours naturally compliment the flavours in the dishes, particularly the Pineapple. Hop bitterness balances out the sweetness and cleanses the palate 🍛👌. 

Pineapple is divisive on pizza but a beautiful paring with Solar Wave, the tropical flavours pairs brilliantly and the bitterness cuts through the fats in the cheese. 🍕👌

Delivery: 

Fresh cask products will be dispatched every Wednesday or Thursday for next day delivery. You can also pre order for a future date by entering it in the special request box at the end of the shopping cart process or alternatively you can call us on 01208 864885 to discuss specific dates.

Orders need to be placed before Midday on Tuesday to receive your Fresh Cask beer that week.
