The Head Chef at the prestigious Paul Ainsworth at No.6, Chris was born and raised in Belfast. He started exploring his passion for all things food related at the tender age of 16, working in the kitchen with Brian McCann at Shu Restaurant.

Arriving in Cornwall in 2011, via pit stops in London and Brussels, Chris is a key figure in the kitchen at Number 6 and a name to watch out for in the future.

Augustiner Helles: Made according to the German Purity law its made with all Bavarian hops and malt, then given a long secondary fermentation to make for a crisp, smooth beer with a lightly hoppy finish. It's the ultimate summer beer and absurdly drinkable. More info.

Offshore PIlsner: Offshore Pilsner is a pale straw beer with a herbal lemon aroma. In the mouth the beer is crisp and light with clean fruit notes. The finish is brisk and refreshing leaving a dry citrus linger. More info.
