This new world IPA is perfectly balanced between sweet and tart, making it the ideal pairing for BBQ duck bao bun, duck terrine, or even dark chocolate tart. Delivery:
Fresh cask products will be dispatched every Wednesday or Thursday for next day delivery. You can also pre order for a future date by entering it in the special request box at the end of the shopping cart process or alternatively you can call us on 01208 864885 to discuss specific dates.
Orders need to be placed before Midday on Tuesday to receive your Fresh Cask beer that week.

To celebrate Cask Ale Week we ran an internal recipe competition, open to all brewery members to create a cask ale recipe to honour this wonderful liquid. The Winner was Emma Bradley!
Our finance manager Emma, is a lover of our big flavoured beers like Chalky's Bite in bottle and Solar Wave in Cask, But if you ask around the brewery they would also tell you she is a cocktail officiando, who loves mixing her own drinks. So the chance to create a recipe for the competition and 'mix' her own beer was too good to miss and she only went and won!
