OUR BREWING METHOD COMBINES THE VERY BEST OF BRITAIN’S RICH BREWING HERITAGE WITH THE VERY BEST INGREDIENTS, INCLUDING the same SHARP’S YEAST THAT WE'VE BEEN carefully cultivating SINCE WE STARTED BACK IN 1994. IT’S A SIMPLE PROCESS, BUT TO PERFECT IT TAKES TIME, PATIENCE and a lot of hard work. AND AT EVERY STEP WE MAKE SURE THAT WE GET THE VERY BEST FROM OUR INGREDIENTS.
