6. Racking - The conditioned beer is filled into pristine steam-sterilised stainless steel casks. The beer is tested to ensure that it contains only live sharp's yeast and enjoys a week of cask conditioning in the brewery's temperature-controlled cellars. The beer is then ready for dispatch to our customers across the UK.
